Cancellation: Any cancellation made at least 22 days or more prior to arrival will not incur in any penalty. Any cancellation made less than 22 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. No shows, will incur a 100% penalty.

Children & Extra Beds: Room rates include local tax (13%) and breakfast. Children under 5 years old FREE of charge. Children from 6 to 11 years old pay $15.00 when sharing a room with parents. Rates will increase $15.00 per occupation at Easter 2016 and December 23, 2016 to January 3, 2017. Rates are subject to change without previous notice.
